Recipe for Ande ki Bhurji (Sautéed Eggs)
Ingredents: 4 eggs-slightly beaten2 tbsp ghee or butter2 tbsp onions-chopped fine2 tbsp tomatoes- de-seeded and chopped fine1 tsp green chillies-chopped fine or to taste1 tbsp coriander leaves-chopped1 tsp salt or to tasteblack pepper-powdered, dash of it
Method:
Heat the butter, and add onions and tomatoes, and saut?ver high heat, till extra moisture dries up. Add the eggs and the rest of the ingredients. Saut?ver low heat stirring all the time, to make the bhurji.
