Recipe for Badeel
Ingredents: 2 cup masoor daal1 tsp garlic paste1 tsp coriander and green chillie paste1 tsp ginger paste1/2 tsp garam masala1 tsp salt5 tbsp oil
Method:
Soak the daal in water and leave overnight and grind to a paste the next day.To the daal, add the garlic paste, coriander-green chillie paste, garam masala and salt and mix well.In a pan, heat the oil and add the prepared mixture and cook for 15-30 minutes.Grease a steel plate all over with oil and add the prepared paste and spread well and leave aside for an hour. Cut this into small pieces and deep-fry in oil and serve with pudhina chatni.
