Recipe for Baingan Chatpate (Spicy Eggplant)
Ingredents: 1-2 large eggplants-cubed oil to fry the eggplantschick pea flour to dust the eggplant slices-mixed with salt and chilli powder? tsp salt? tsp chilli powderamchoor to tastechaat masala to taste (optional)
Method:
Dust the eggplants with the besan mixture.Heat the oil and fry the eggplants till brown and cooked through but still firm. Drain on to an absorbent paper, dust with amchoor and chaat masala and serve.
