Recipe for Chinese Stir-Fried Vegetables
Ingredents: 1 cabbage-cubed1 carrot-sliced1 cauliflower-cut into pieces2 capsicums-cubed2 tsp oil2 tsp soya sauce1 tsp garlic chilli paste25 gm sesame seeds- roasted1 egg-omelet cut into piecessalt and pepper-to taste20 gm ginger20 gm garlic
Method:
Fry the vegetables on high heat for 5 minutes.Add soya sauce and chilli paste.Add the roasted sesame seeds and toss it around for a while. Then add the strips of the egg and serve.
