Recipe for Vegetable Manchurian Balls
Ingredents: 500 gm mixed vegetables-chopped fine or grated2 eggs-slightly beaten 3/4 cup refined flour 1 tsp garlic paste 1 tsp ginger paste 1 tsp saltwater oil for deep frying
Method:
Mix together the vegetables, egg, flour, salt, garlic and ginger paste, and enough water so as to have a thickish batter. Leave thus for 5-10 minutes. Heat the oil and keeping the heat high drop heaped teaspoonfuls of batter and fry to a golden brown. Drain on absorbent paper till required. These balls you can put in a white sauce or an Italian tomato sauce.
