Recipe for Miso Soup
Ingredents: 2 cups water 1 vegatable stock cube 2 tbsp miso paste 6 cubes of tofu A handfull of seaweed( or spinach)
Method:
Bring water to a boil and dissolve the stock cube in it. Add the miso and stir untill dissolved. Put in tofu and seaweed. Boil for a few minutes untill the seaweed expands. Serve.
