Recipe for Quick Corn Chowder

Ingredents: 3 medium potatoes-cut into 1/2" cubes 1 chopped onion 4 cups of water 2 tbsp soup powder 2 tbsp chopped parsley salt to taste 2 tsp freshly crushed pepper 4 cups cream-style corn 2 cups soya milk 3 tbsp soya bean fine dices2 tbsp soyabean oil ( for frying)

Method:
Put the potatoes, onion, water, soup powder, parsley, salt and pepper together in a medium saucepan. Bring this mixture to a boil, reduce heat and simmer until potatoes are tender. Remove pan from heat and stir in the corn.Put two cups of the mixture into a blender or use a hand held stick blender and briefly puree. Return the pureed mixture to the pot. Stir in the soya milk into the pot and heat through. Garnish with fried soya bean dices and Serve.
