Recipe for Chilled Cucumber-Prawn Soup (Khira aur Jhinga ka Thanda Soup)

Ingredients: 1 grated cucumber125 gm boiled prawns300 ml dahi6 tbsp lemon juice250 ml cream1 chopped capsicumsalt and pepper to taste

Method:
Sprinkle salt on the grated cucumber and leave aside for 15 minutes.Mix together the yoghurt, cream and cucumber.Add lemon juice, capsicum, prawns and salt and pepper.Chill for an hour before serving.
