Recipe for Chimney Soup (Machchi-Chicken aur Palak ka Soup)

Ingredients: 200 gm boneless fish200 gm boneless chicken50 gm cornfloursalt to taste25 ml oil500 ml water250 gm Chinese spinach (pukchow)

Method:
Mix fish and chicken with corn flour, oil and salt.Boil water with oil and salt.Add chicken and fish. Cook for two minutes.Put spinach in serving bowl. Pour soup over the leaves.
