Recipe for Chilli Chutney with Paneer Chat
Ingredents: 100 gm slit green chillies3 tbsp roasted ground sesame seeds3 tbsp grated jaggery150 ml thick tamarind pulp1 tsp chilli powder? tsp turmeric powder2 tsp salt5 tbsp sesame oil? tsp mustard seeds? tsp fenugreek seedspaneer Chat400 gm paneer2 tbsp lemon juice2 tsp dried mint? tsp roasted ground cuminsalt2 tsp chat masala2 tbsp chopped coriander
Method:
For the chutney, slit the green chillies lengthwise. Stir sesame powder and jaggery into tamarind pulp.Add chilli and turmeric powder with salt. Simmer over moderate flame for 5 minutes.Heat 1 tbsp oil and saut?ustard and fenugreek seeds for a few seconds before adding to tamarind mixture.Heat the remaining oil. Fry green chillies until tender.Add tamarind mixture to the pan. Stir to combine. Cool.For the paneer chat, cube paneer Combine the remaining ingredients. Season and pour over paneerChill before serving with the chutney.
