Recipe for Dahi Bhindi
Ingredents: 200 gm bindi1 large onion1 tbsp oil1 cup yogurt1 tbsp cumin powder1 tbsp coriander powder1 tsp turmeric powder1 tsp red chilli powdersalt to taste1 tbsp coriander leavesFor Seasoning1 tsp mustard seeds1 tsp urad daal4-5 curry leaves
Method:
Cut the bindi and onions into thin pieces. Take a kadai, add oil and onions. When the onion turns brown add the bindi and then add all the above powders and salt to taste. Deep fry the bhindi.Take a small deep pan, add ghee and mustard and when it sputters, add urad daal and curry leaves. Mix all of them well adding the yogurt to it. Garnish with coriander leaves
