Recipe for Aloo ka Bharta
Ingredents: Boiled and mashed potatoes250 gChopped onions? cupChopped green chilliesto tasteChopped Coriander leaves (Hara Dhania)2 tbspSalt1 tsp or to tasteMustard oil1 tbsp
Method:
1. Mix all the ingredients, reserving some coriander leaves for garnish. 2. Transfer on to a serving bowl, garnish with the coriander leaves and serve (cold or at room temperature).
